Services

Geographical Services – we have put our two main foci below, although we are not restricted to just those two areas of interest.

**Coastal and Oceans**

Report Writing – these can be as a form of completion of a research contract, as educational material, or as public information or media materials.
Sustainability Issues – an array of issues that cover the ability of humankind to live within the natural constraints of our planet.
Resource Issues – although related to the above, there are requirements that can be resource specific.
Field Work – working with specialists who have the specific skills and resources to satisfy the requirements of specific projects.
Literature Reviews – carried out in journals, books and periodicals with synopsis of relevant items posted in the news and views section of our website.
Technical Data Analysis – although an integral part of a holistic approach to projects can be undertaken independently to satisfy requirements for neutrality, anonymity and perceptions.

**Tourism and Parks**

Literature reviews – carried out in journals, books and periodicals with synopsis of relevant items in the news and view section of our website.
Technical Data Analysis – although an integral part of a holistic approach to projects can be undertaken independently to satisfy requirements for neutrality, anonymity and perceptions
Report Writing – these can be as a form of completion of a research contract, as educational material, or as public information or media materials.
Planning Issues – the different political and socio-economic environments around the globe can raise specific and local issues, integrating these with the broader, global, confines of the tourism and parks is the modern reality.
Sustainability Issues – an array of issues that cover the ability of humankind to live within the natural constraints of our planet.
Land Use Issues – protected spaces and tourism facilities do not stand in isolation from the world around them. These must be looked at in that context and the wide array of issues that can arise from such a view.
Fieldwork – working with specialists who have the specific skills and resources to satisfy the requirements of specific projects.

**Other Geographical Services**

Sustainability and the Environment – ‘The way of the future’; they are not just buzz words in the modern world and working in a team approach we are able to tackle issues from the mundane to the complex.
Multiple use planning – Similar to above but presenting sometimes-complex issues with all the parties involved through research and dialogue these issues can be resolved successfully.
Trade and the environment – An apparently logical extension of the two above, we believe that these two issues are far from mutually exclusive and actually symbiotic in nature. We are carrying out on-going research in this area and see this as another key facet of our work.

**Business and personal services**

Income tax preparation – one of our principals is a registered electronic filer and tax preparer with over twelve years of experience with all kinds of personal tax returns
Payroll, government submissions – familiarity and ability to comply with all requirements necessary to perform payroll, government deductions and other government requirements for businesses and their owners, also minor bookkeeping.

Market research – An essential part of any business plan or product release is understanding its market, demographics, trends, competition or other variables.
Competitive Analysis – Similar to above, but dealing with the results and the different options open to businesses and how they deal with those results
